Prices quoted are Euros (€s) per property per night, they are payable in Euros (€s) and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately €1 = $1.28 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of €100 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. We have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish.
If you book consecutive rentals in Paris and London the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of €750 (£500).
Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice.

rue de Naples (Ref: PNAP) - sleeps 2
This cosy hide-away is located in the sought after 8th arrondissement, just a 10 minute walk away from the famous Champs Elysées on one side and Paris's famous department stores in boulevard Haussmann on the other. Only a stone's throw from the Parc de Monceau, one of the city's most ornate parks, this quiet conventional area is ideal for those who want to be near the hustle and bustle without having to deal with its inconveniences. The closest métro station is Rome or Place de l'Europe, both only 2 minutes away.

You are within walking distance of some of Paris's best known attractions including the Place des Vosges, the Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame, Isle St Louis, Musée Picasso and the River Seine. The nearest métro is only a 2 minute walk away at Hotel de Ville.
The Marais is one of the city's oldest and most famous areas boasting not only architectural beauty but also some of the best bars, cafés, bistros, restaurants, museums and theatres Paris has to offer.

This charming one bedroom apartment is situated in the Marais, one of Paris's oldest and most historical areas as well as being one of its best shopping spots. You are a short walk away from the Place des Vosges, the Musée Picasso, the Place de la République and wonderful shopping streets such as the rue du Franc Bourgois. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor and sleeps 2/4 in a double bedroom and on the matresses in the living area. Newly renovated, the apartment boasts all modern comforts whilst maintaining a real Parisian feel. Indeed wooden beams are apparent throughout and the furniture is worthy of any design magazine. There is also a wifi broadband internet connection.

The owner of this apartment being a former Director of Arts and Culture at Unesco and personal friend of Jean-Paul Sartre and Simone de Beauvoire, its decoration reflects the life of a well travelled, cultured woman who's life has been dedicated to literature and the arts. It is no suprise that she has chosen the Latin Quarter of Paris to settle down, rooted deep in history, culture and academia.
The apartment and is situated on the 1st floor (no lift) and sleeps 3 people in one double bedroom and a single bedroom. It is spacious and has large windows admitting a lot of light.
boulevard Port Royale (Ref: PPRY) - sleeps 4
This charming 2 bedroom apartment is located in the Latin Quarter, near the rue Mouffetard, one of the city's oldest streets. For generations it was known as one of the great market streets of Paris. The market tradition remains to this day and every morning you will find fruit and vegetable stalls, shops selling fine cheeses and wines, and traditional market cafés.
The apartment is situated on the 5th floor (with lift) of a Hausseman style building. It faces due south and thus benefits from all day sunshine giving it a bright an airy feel. A balcony runs the length of the property and is the home to many plants and flowers. Those with green fingers will feel quite at home here!

The area makes up one of Paris's seven villages and its inhabitants are sufficiently proud of its uniqueness to have formed an association for the preservation of its "caractère villagoise". Indeed, largely unknown to tourists, the area retains a genuine Parisian charm that many other areas have lost.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a Haussman style building. It sleeps 4/6 in a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the living area. It faces due south and enjoys copious amounts of sunshine and light.

The Louvre is a short walk across the river, The Musée D'Orsey practically next door and Notre Dame, Isle St Louis, Jardin de Luxembourg, Place Vendome, Opéra and the Boulevard Saint Michel all within easy walking distance. The nearest métro, Saint Germain des Prés, is a one minute walk away.
rue Saint Jacques (Ref: PSJQ) - sleeps 7
This 4 bedroom apartment has all the charm and artistic colour that one would expect from a property located in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The vibrant, academic and historic atmosphere that makes up the 5th arrondissement are all reflected within the decoration of the apartment. The nearest métro, Luxembourg, is a 2 minute walk away.
The building dates back to 1783, before the French revolution, and is situated on the boundary of Lutéce (old Paris). It is owned by an opera singer who has decorated the apartment immaculately with the idea of giving each room its individual character. Buildings from this period were built with thick walls and the apartment boasts double windows both keeping out noise and leaving the property cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
